REVIEW: Holy Heffa

BURGERS! BURGERS! BURGERS!
Its not a surprise that Sydney has been going through a crazy burger/burger truck phase following the trend that is very well known in the US. There are soo many burger joints in Sydney and many more that are still coming but Holy Heffa.. One of the first burger trucks to pop up in the western suburbs of Sydney. This calling for a must try since its so close to home!

On a cold Friday night we went to try this new burger joint, no surprise there was quite a line when we arrived at about 7:30pm, about 50 minutes later we picked up our orders from the truck. Besides it being cold the wait wasn't too bad, there was good music going and good company so the wait flew by. Workers were super friendly and apologetic for the wait so thats a great start. Only thing left to do was to try these suckers. Like several other burger joints usually each week is a different set menu consisting of one type of burger, one type of fries, special shake of the week and several other soft drinks if the shake isn't for you.

We had the "HOMEBOY HEFFA"($10) consisting of 100% Angus, maple-glazed bacon, American cheddar, beer-battered onion rings, jalapeƱos (fav), hickory-smoked BBQ sauce & house maple mayo
"HEFFED UP FRIES" ($8) Beer battered fries topped with house cheer sauce, Mexican shredded cheese, bacon, paprika, chives & chipotle aioli
"NUTELLA SHAKE" ($6)

I've tried several of their burgers and the Homeboy Heffa is still my favourite. Its just a simple classic yet packed with flavour burger. Cant go wrong here! The fries are nice but it definitely gets very sickening as the burger already holds a lot of flavour, I would've maybe preferred just the beer battered fries by itself without all the toppings (maybe a bit of cheese) but would still re-purchase, definitely share with a friend and give it a try if you've never had it before because it is good! and lastly the shake... In the picture is the Nutella shake and yes its nice but its not my favourite, still something you should get and try out if you come across it but of all the shakes the "MANGO/CREAM WEIS BAR SHAKE" is still my favourite, I have come back lined up just to get this shake by itself, I think that says it all of how good it really is.

Overall, Such a gem that the western suburbs have finally been blessed with and we don't have to drive 45 minutes to the city to get to a good burger joint. Definitely worth a try and would highly recommend!
