The Perfect Diets for the Summer Body


Without realising, its september already! What does that mean? Only 3 months left until summer!

Ever promised yourself that you would gain that summer body before summer? Well I'm guessing you're here reading this now because you forgot... or lets say, wasn't bothered to commit.

Do not worry at all! Luckily for you, we have found some healthy diets that will snap you into shape before you head off to the beaches this coming summer!

Top Recommended Diets

 There is not much time left before summer hits, and every minute counts. Here I will list out some of my recommended healthy diets for you lazy people to commit to.

The 5:2 Diet 

This diet requires you to consume your normal amount of daily intake for 5 days, and then fast for 2 days. I recommend this for lazy people like me, as it actually does not alter your normal eating habits much. Ofcourse, it is crucial to change what you eat into much healthier food for the process to work more efficiently, but it depends on you on how determined you want to be. This diet helps reduce your weekly calorie intake, but not at a health damaging level.

 The Dukan Diet

Basically a low carbohydrate diet, perfect for quick weight loss. It is very important not to eat fat based foods, as it is the sole purpose of this diet. Also crucial that you only follow this procedure for the designated time frame, as it can be very unhealthy to keep this diet ongoing. I recommend following this diet for a short amount of time, to gain a head start and motivation, then transitioning to one of the more healthier diets like the 5:2 diet. This way, you will be able to eat your favourite foods again but at a smaller portion, and still lose that fat!
