FOOOD HACKS - BAKING

Who doesn’t love to bake. I mean its therapeutic, fun, exciting and also, you end up with a whole batch of baked goodies afterwards. YUMM! So here are just some baking hacks for all my fellow bakers out there.

Need to fill a piping bag? Use a TALL GLASS to help with this. Insert the piping bag into the glass and fold the edges onto the glass rim. This allows an opening large enough to scoop your macaron mixture or profiterole batter into to pipe.

When it comes to baking cookies and cupcakes, one of the trickier steps is to scooping out even portions of batter. An ICE CREAM SCOOP can help with this. This will ensure uniform cookies and cupcakes for show.


All ingredients need some sort of measuring. Even those sticky and gooey ingredients that you dread to measure like honey or glucose syrup. Spraying your tools with NON-STICK SPRAY will allow effortless pouring of these ingredients from the measuring cup.
